  • We’ll jump on a call so I can learn about you, your lifestyle and your goals. This includes health history, physical capabilities, etc.

  • All of this information will be used to come up with a plan that makes sense for you personally.

Individualized Program

  • You’ll receive an individualized training program that supports your exact goals and includes exercise selection, order, sets, reps, rest, tempo and progression.

  • Your training program will also reflect your equipment availability, how much time you have each week to workout and personal preferences.

Personalized Nutrition

  • I will make sure that you are eating the right number of calories and macronutrients (proteins, carbs and fats) for your goals. Sample meal plans included so you know the best foods for you.

  • Your meal frequency, meal timing and meal options will fit your lifestyle and will be based on foods you actually enjoy. (Yes, you can eat cookies from time to time)

Success Strategies

  • Not only will I help you achieve your fitness goals, but I’ll teach you important skills and strategies to maintain and continue progress once coaching ends.

Progress Evaluation

  • I’ll have weekly updates and check-in forms available for you. This way, I’ll be able to evaluate your progress and make updates to your program as needed.

  • You’ll also be able to send me exercise videos for form analysis and suggestions.

24/7 Access to Me

  • Outside of our weekly updates, you’ll have 24/7 access to my personal email account. This way, I’ll make sure all of your questions and concerns are answered in a timely manner and that progress stays consistent.
